Parish Annual Meeting, on April 10. There will be one worship service at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Annual Meeting (with food!). An important part of that meeting is the election of new Vestry members. It's also a great opportunity to learn about the variety and diversity of people and ministries that make up St. Margaret's.
The vestry has approved a process for absentee balloting.  If you will not be present on April 10 to vote, there are two ways for you to provide an absentee ballot.
1) Electronic ballots in the form of a document which you can complete are available by request from the Senior Warden.  If you would like to submit a ballot electronically, request one by emailing ctsiders@aol.com.  She will send you a ballot which you can then return.

2) Paper ballots will be available from the Senior Warden.  If you are not able to use email, please contact the office to arrange to pick up or have sent to you a ballot. If you are an LEV who will be visiting someone who needs a ballot, please contact Cathie so she can get you one.

All absentee ballots must be received by the Senior Warden no later than 5 PM Friday, April 8, to be counted during the annual meeting.  If you do attend the annual meeting and completed an absentee ballot, either do not vote during the meeting or ask the Senior Warden to discard your absentee ballot.
